Just finished my second 10k trail race. Made about 1:12. Fell for the first time–at about 55 minutes. Hit the ground and got right back up while answering, “yeah, I’m fine, thanks.”

Just finished our fourth 10k and made a new personal record! I think we finished in 1:05:ish!
Gloomy weather so not as hot as it could have been, but incredibly humid.
